For 11 years, I worked at a non-profit organization as a seminar leader, group counselor, and therapist, and I taught personal development workshops for an international client base. I went on to serve as Director of Instruction for two technical college campuses for four years before entering banking, where I worked as a personal banker, business banker, and loan officer for both US Bank and Key Bank for nine years. I then worked with Guarantee Mortgage for five years before joining Mortgage Trust in 2009.

I enjoy combining my background in counseling, administration, and finance to help my clients achieve their goals of owning real estate, consolidating their debt, and improving their overall financial situation through mortgage counseling. I'm a licensed loan originator in both Oregon and Washington and a certified reverse mortgage lender.

I received my BA in both speech communication and psychology from the University of Alabama and completed a two-year advanced Psychotherapy Certification Program with the Hakomi Institute of Boulder, Colorado.

At Mortgage Trust, I focus on reverse mortgages, first-time homebuyers, and properties for investors. It's great to be with a company that serves the community, acts as a cohesive team, and has clear goals and values. Personally, I'm a member of Metropolitan Senior Network and am past president of Rose Quarter Business Networking International BNI, where I've been a member since 2001.

My interests outside work range from meditation, reading, camping, hiking, and working out at my local gym to giving talks to the community about credit and talks to seniors about reverse mortgages.
