I relocated to the Pacific Northwest after retiring from the Fire Service in 2002. I received a B.S. from Saint Mary's College of California and worked as CIO/Manager of Internal Operations for a construction/property management company in the Bay Area. I joined Mortgage Trust in 2004 with a unique background in operations and logistics in both the public and private sectors. Drawing on my experience in emergency management, information technology, and human resources, I lead the day-to-day operations of Mortgage Trust and conduct a great deal of business development and strategic planning as well.

My primary goal is to care for Mortgage Trust employees and ensure that they have all the support and tools necessary to focus on helping their clients achieve their wealth-building goals. I work with an extraordinary group of high-quality, dedicated employees at Mortgage Trust who inspire me to come to work every morning. As captain of the company's "Sweat Equity" Hood to Coast and Futsal teams, I also like the fact that my colleagues are team-minded and athletic. When I'm not working, running, or playing soccer, I like exploring Portland with family and friends.
