Lender Options

Mortgage Trust is an approved broker with more lenders than there is space here to list. And we're always willing to add lenders at the request of our loan officers. You have the ultimate flexibility to utilize whichever lender best matches your client's needs.

Fees

Our processing and underwriting fees are some of the most affordable in our market, giving you the leeway to alter the fee structure and remain competitive.

Marketing

Mortgage Trust has centralized marketing services. Loan officers select from a wide range of options, including recurrent marketing, gift baskets, gift cards, and home/office deliveries. Orders are fulfilled by our administrative employees and items are charged back to you at our cost on a pay-per-use basis. We also provide office supplies, office equipment, phones, faxes, and many other essentials, such as letterhead and business cards.

Assistance

Mortgage Trust understands that high-producing loan officers can’t do it alone. They need assistants and support staff, and we’re ready to partner with you in that respect. We will provide the employment framework (payroll, benefits, etc.) and pay your assistant’s taxes, health insurance, and other Mortgage Trust benefits. This arrangement allows you to have the support you need without the hassles of being an employer.

Technology

Mortgage Trust believes in the concept of a virtual office. Our seven-server wide-area network provides all the technological tools needed to communicate, organize, and process from anywhere. Whether it is group scheduling with Exchange, e-mail with a Blackberry, contact management with Act!, or loan origination with Encompass, you will have the tools you need to most efficiently operate your business.

Insurance and Financial Benefits

Mortgage Trust provides full healthcare insurance coverage for all its employees, including medical, dental and vision. Dependant coverage is available as an employee-paid option as is life insurance, disability insurance and long-term care insurance.
